Shipping Policy
Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our main office, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. We offer shipping worldwide. Please contact us first BEFORE placing a bid if an item is going to be mailed outside the U.S.A. We ship UPS or USPS for all orders. International buyers are responsible for all custom/duty fees. A tracking number will be issued via e-mail once the item(s) have been shipped. We ship Monday thru Friday except for major holidays. Our shipping fees include all shipping and handling costs.
Return Policy
All items are sold with full warranty. Buyer must contact us to initiate a return.. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and shipping charges incurred in sending out replacement items. A refund will be given of the final sales price. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
